Service Policy/Return Policy

  • OSAAT-Studio has a Customers First Policy with a knowledgeable customer service staff. We encourage customers to contact us by phone or email for assistance or any issues.
  • Our shipping via USPS, UPS, & FEDEX services generally provides quick and smooth delivery. OSAAT-Studio quickly and efficiently makes sure each order is delivered to the chosen shipping agency. We cannot control what happens to packages once they are in the shipping system. However, we will always strive to be of assistance to the best of our ability. OSAAT-Studio, unfortunately, cannot guarantee any delivery at a specific time, location, or date.
  • Strings do break. OSAAT-Studio will accept returns for strings that immediately have unreasonable problems under normal usage and are clearly defective*. However, it is inevitable that over time, strings under tension will occasionally break, develop poor intonation, or otherwise become unplayable. OSAAT-Studio is not responsible for the varied durability of different products within that context. Also, when breakage occurs at any frequency, it is important to have your instrument checked by a qualified luthier for any imperfections that may cause strings to break.
  • We accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused guitar strings within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

*Due to the inherent instability of gut strings, they are exempt from this standard SBM policy

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship Internationally

Domestic Shipping

  • As part of OSAAT-Studio’s policy of offering value to its customers, “Flat Rate Any Size” shipping of just $7.95 is offered for domestic shipping for any size order.
  • Domestic orders shipped via the Flat Rate Any Size Shipping option will typically be delivered via US Postal Service First Class, Priority, and occasionally FedEx. Delivery times for First Class mail is an average of 1 to 5 business days for the continental USA. Please allow more time for shipments outside the continental USA. Delivery Confirmation is used on all USPS shipments. Occasionally, UPS or FedEx Ground is used for larger, heavier orders. All UPS and FedEx services do not include Saturday deliveries. Every domestic order will have an associated tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
